Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Lemiel collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website, request a beta invite, or use the Lemiel private beta workspace.

Lemiel is being built to help Indonesian MSMEs and implementation partners organize CPPOB documents, SOPs, manuals, forms, and implementation evidence in one workspace. Because this work may include business records and operational evidence, we treat uploaded content and workspace data as private by default.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact and invite request information, such as your name, email address, organization, role, business type, and the CPPOB workflow needs you submit through our contact form.
  • Account and workspace information, such as invited users, workspace names, roles, permissions, settings, and activity needed to operate the beta.
  • CPPOB preparation content, such as documents, SOPs, manuals, forms, daily records, supplier files, lab evidence, review notes, and related implementation materials that you choose to upload or enter.
  • Support and communications, such as messages you send to Lemiel, feedback, issue reports, and product research conversations.
  • Technical and usage data, such as device type, browser, pages visited, referring pages, IP address, approximate location derived from technical data, timestamps, logs, and error diagnostics.
  • Preference data, such as theme mode, layout preferences, and other interface settings stored through cookies or similar browser storage.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide, maintain, and improve the Lemiel website and private beta workspace;
  • review beta invite requests and communicate about access;
  • organize workspace content, forms, evidence, reviews, and implementation records;
  • support users, respond to messages, and troubleshoot issues;
  • protect the security, integrity, and reliability of Lemiel;
  • understand how the beta is used so we can improve the product;
  • comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.

We do not use customer CPPOB preparation content to make public claims about your business. We also do not sell personal information.

CPPOB Materials and Responsibility

You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the documents, forms, records, and evidence you add to Lemiel. Lemiel is a workspace for preparation and coordination. It does not replace official regulator guidance, professional consultants, audits, or final approval decisions.

Please avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive personal data, payment details, identity documents, health information, or confidential third-party information unless it is required for your CPPOB workflow and you are authorized to process it.

How We Share Information

We may share information only in limited situations:

  • With service providers that help us host, secure, operate, analyze, or support Lemiel.
  • With invited workspace members according to the roles and permissions set for the workspace.
  • With implementation partners when you ask us to include them or when your organization has authorized their access.
  • For legal, safety, and security reasons if required by law or necessary to protect Lemiel, users, or the public.
  • In a business transfer if Lemiel is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or similar transaction, subject to reasonable confidentiality protections.
  • With your consent for any other purpose you approve.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Lemiel uses cookies and similar browser storage for essential website behavior, interface preferences, security, beta access, and product diagnostics. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the beta, supporting users, improving the product, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal or operational obligations.

If a workspace is closed or beta access is withdrawn, we may retain limited records for security, audit, backup, or legal reasons before deletion or anonymization.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so users should keep credentials safe and avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive materials.

Your Choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of information associated with your beta request or workspace, subject to identity verification, workspace ownership, legal requirements, and technical limitations.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies or browser storage may affect essential site behavior, login, beta access, or interface preferences.

Children's Privacy

Lemiel is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Lemiel develops. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice through the website, email, or the beta workspace.
