Terms of Service
Last updated: June 28, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to the Lemiel website and private beta workspace. By visiting the website, requesting an invite, or using the beta, you agree to these terms.
Lemiel is currently an invite-only platform for Indonesian MSMEs and implementation partners preparing CPPOB documents, SOPs, manuals, forms, and implementation evidence. These terms are written for the current private beta and should be reviewed again before a full public launch.
Private Beta Access
Access to Lemiel is limited to invited users. We may approve, decline, pause, or revoke beta access at our discretion, especially when needed for security, product fit, support capacity, or misuse prevention.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for ensuring that users invited into your workspace are authorized to view and work with the content inside it.
What Lemiel Provides
Lemiel provides a workspace for organizing CPPOB preparation work, including documents, SOPs, manuals, forms, implementation records, evidence logs, review notes, and related workflows.
Lemiel does not replace government regulators, certification bodies, auditors, legal advisors, or professional consultants. Lemiel does not guarantee that an IP CPPOB application, audit, or submission will be approved.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the documents, records, forms, evidence, notes, and other content that you submit to Lemiel.
You grant Lemiel permission to host, process, display, back up, analyze, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the platform. This permission includes making content available to users and partners you authorize inside your workspace.
You are responsible for making sure that your content is accurate, lawful, complete, and allowed to be uploaded or shared. Do not upload materials that you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use Lemiel for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
- upload malware, harmful code, or content designed to disrupt the service;
- attempt to access another workspace, account, or system without permission;
- bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or beta restrictions;
- upload content that violates third-party rights, privacy, confidentiality, or applicable law;
- misrepresent Lemiel output as official regulator approval or certification.
Beta Changes and Availability
The beta may change frequently. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as we learn from invited users. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, migration, or product reasons.
Because Lemiel is in private beta, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent feature behavior, or final production-level functionality.
Pricing and Plans
Public pricing is not available during the private beta. If fees, paid plans, pilots, or commercial terms become available, they will be presented separately before they apply to you.
Feedback
You may choose to provide feedback, suggestions, issue reports, or product ideas. You allow Lemiel to use that feedback to improve the product without owing compensation, while we continue to treat private workspace content according to our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services and Links
Lemiel may link to or rely on third-party services, such as hosting, analytics, email, storage, authentication, or support tools. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
Disclaimers
Lemiel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the private beta. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
The platform may help organize readiness work, but it does not verify every document, determine legal compliance, or make official CPPOB decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Lemiel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from the use of the website or beta workspace.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for other users, misuse the beta, or if we discontinue or restructure beta access.
You may stop using Lemiel at any time. Workspace closure, data export, or deletion requests may be subject to identity verification, ownership verification, legal requirements, and technical limitations.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information. Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Lemiel develops. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide notice through the website, email, or the beta workspace.
